Which teams have clinched and who's out? We've done the math for you!

Here are all the playoff matchups following the Week 18 slate and leading to the Super Bowl:

AFC Playoff Picture

WHO'S IN:

No. 1 seed: Kansas City Chiefs (14-3, AFC West champs)

The Chiefs clinched the AFC’s No. 1 seed and a first-round bye with their win in Week 18. A Bills-Chiefs AFC Championship Game would be played at a neutral site.

No. 2: Buffalo Bills (13-3, AFC East champs)

The Bills clinched the AFC East title in Week 16. They willhost the Dolphins in the wild-card round.

No. 3: Cincinnati Bengals (12-4, AFC North champs)

The Bengals clinched the AFC North division title in Week 17. They will host the Ravens in the wild-card round.

No. 4: Jacksonville Jaguars (9-8, AFC South champs)

The Jaguars won the AFC South title in Week 18. They will host the Chargers in the wild-card round.

No. 5 (first wild card): Los Angeles Chargers (10-7, second in AFC West)

The Chargers clinched a playoff spot in Week 16. They will play at Jacksonville in the wild-card round.

No. 6 (second wild card): Baltimore Ravens (10-7, second in AFC North)

The Ravens clinched a playoff spot in Week 16. They will play at Cincinnati in the wild-card round.

No. 7 (third wild card): Miami Dolphins (9-8, second in AFC East)

The Dolphins clinched the AFC’s third wild-card spot in Week 18. They will play at Buffalo in the wild-card round.

WHO'SIN:

No. 1 seed: Philadelphia Eagles (14-3, first in NFC East)

The Eagles clinched the NFC’s No. 1 seed and a first-round bye with their win in Week 18.

No. 2: San Francisco 49ers (13-4, NFC West champs)

The 49ers clinched the NFC West title in Week 15. They will host the Seahawks in the wild-card round.

No. 3: Minnesota Vikings (13-4, NFC North champs)

The Vikings clinched the NFC North title in Week 15. They will host the Giants in the wild-card round.

No. 4: Tampa Bay Buccaneers (8-9, NFC South champs)

The Buccaneers clinched the NFC South title in Week 17. They will host Dallas in the wild-card round.

No. 5 (first wild card): Dallas Cowboys (12-5, second in NFC East)

The Cowboys clinched a playoff spot in Week 15. They will play at Tampa Bay in the wild-card round.

No. 6 (second wild card): New York Giants (9-7-1, third in NFC East)

The Giants clinched a playoff spot in Week 17. They will play at Minnesota in the wild-card round.

No. 7 (third wild card): Seattle Seahawks (9-8, second in NFC West)
