The Grundy Adult Hockey League caters to a diverse community of men and women aged 18 and over, emphasizing a coed, recreational, and non-checking environment. This inclusive approach is a key factor in fostering a sense of community and camaraderie among participants, regardless of their skill levels. The league boasts seven divisions, each tailored to different skill levels to ensure a balanced and enjoyable playing field:

  1. A Division: Exclusive to advanced hockey players with a background in high school, club hockey, college, juniors, or occasional minor pro/international pro experience.

  2. B1 Division: Designed for advanced players with a history in high school, club hockey, college, or juniors.
