Blue outline around type boxes on iPad? (2024)

How do I get rid of this box? It gets in the way of several apps.This box shows up on my iPad every time I’m typing something on my iPad. It often interferes with buttons in apps, and the ability to move it is limited to two spots. I’d like to get rid of this all together if possible.
