The Demographics Dashboard includes approximately 250 demographic elements that are updated annually. These Claritas demographic estimates are primarily based on U.S. Census and American Community Survey (ACS) data. Claritas, a nationwide market research group, uses proprietary formulas and methodologies to calculate estimates for the current calendar year.
Single-year estimates are available at the state, region, county, and zip code levels. The Healthy Northeast Ohio region includes Ashland, Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage and Summit counties.
