I guess we have to wait and see.....
Didn't you realize Emily has three lovers + 1 (Rohan), and she engaged with all of them. So I guess Emily is a polygamist, every time a male asked her to marry her she answered: "yes".
I don't know if she loves or not Daniel, but she is marrying him; that makes a huge difference with the others . She married Rohan to help him with the green card, so why is she marrying Daniel? If her answer is: to frame Victoria, I won't believe her. She could have find another way to frame Victoria without marrying Daniel.
What is the real purpose of marrying Daniel? Love? Inherintance? Suffering?
I could say love because she chose him when they were students, before she met Aiden (Café scene S1e13), but I don't know if Emily has any idea of what love means. By the way Daniel is the only man up to now she told: 'I love you, I chose you'.
Daniel is the only lover who doesn't need her. He is not begging for her love like Aiden or Jack; he doesn't need a green card or money; he's ambitious, and doesn't judge or control her. Nonetheless, she can't stand him... Where is the lie?
