Lainie found her love of hockey after attending her first Seawolves game. After one game, she was hooked! Her first venture into combining her love of creating with her love of hockey was making Seawolves signs. (You may have seen her over in Section E against the glass with her signs and pom poms!) Her elaborate and detailed sign making skills evolved into creating custom gifts for her favorites. She says, “I like to make custom gifts for people who are special to me in some way. Creating gifts and gifting them is my love language.” Lainie made a custom sweatshirt as a gift for Mrs. Allie Pace. When they met, a creative friendship was formed. She appreciates the love, encouragement, and support from the Paces and the rest of her awesome hockey family.
Lainie hopes to one day be a social media/public relations specialist/graphic design artist for a professional hockey team. Her favorite FPHL team is her hometown MS Seawolves. Choosing her favorite Seawolves is most difficult, but she has a soft spot for former Seawolves defenseman Haskins, current Seawolves Russell, Cirone, Yevdokimov, and Pace. Her favorite NHL team is the New Jersey Devils as she is a huge fan of J. Hughes, Hischier, Marino, Mercer, and Meier.
