Haley Cole is a teenage prostitute who was kidnapped by serial killer Graham Winger.
Winger kidnapped Haley after taking her out for dinner. She was forced to make phone calls to her mother revealing her lifestyle as well as being chased in the woods by Winger and his dog while he shot his rifle at her.
Luckily Benson and the Special Victims Unit were able to save Haley, with Amaro shooting Winger before he could kill both Benson and Haley. (SVU: "Hunting Ground")
