For the safety and security of everyone at Ball Arena, the following items are NOT allowed into the facility and can vary by event:

    • Air horns/whistles/vuvuzelas
    • Animals (service animals permitted)
    • Any form of marijuana and psilocybin mushrooms
    • Audio/video recording devices
    • Bags larger than 4in x 6in x 1.5in, backpacks, briefcases, and luggage.
    • Medical and diaper bags 14"x14"x6" or smaller are permitted. All guests entering with medical or diaper bags are subject to x-ray screening upon entry.
    • Cans
    • Camera monopods/bipods/tripods
    • Chemicals
    • Drones and other unmanned aerial devices/vehicles
    • External flash camera units
    • Fireworks, smoke bombs, etc.
    • Glass containers
    • Hard case containers (coolers, briefcases, etc.)
    • Headdresses and face paint styled in a way that references or appropriates American Indian cultures and traditions.
    • Illegal drugs or substances
    • Inflatable objects (beach balls, latex balloons, “clappers”, etc.)
    • Interchangeable/detachable camera lenses or cameras with lenses longer than four inches
    • Large or offensive signs. No signs larger than 11in x 17in will be permitted in to Ball Arena. This will be our standard for all events unless otherwise specified by a special event/tour.
    • Large umbrellas/golf umbrellas/any umbrella with a pointed end
    • Laser pointers/pens
    • Outside alcohol
    • Sealed bottles of water
      • EMPTY (no liquids or ice) metal and plastic water bottles (no glass), 32oz or less ARE PERMITTED for all Nuggets, Avalanche and Mammoth games and most concerts and special events. Some concerts and special events may set additional restrictions. Please check with guestrelations@teamkse.com for specific concert/special event protocols.
    • Outside food/beverages
    • Police/radio scanners of any kind
    • Regulation size sports equipment including, but not limited to hockey and lacrossesticks
    • Selfie sticks
    • Skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, roller shoes, ice skates, etc.
    • Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisem*nts, stickers, etc.
    • Weapons (i.e.knives, pepper spray and other aerosols, key rings/key chains for self-defense, stun-guns, any concealed weapons, firearms, etc. and any ammunition or accessories to weapons)
    • Any other devices that may potentially interfere with, harm, and/or distract any sports or event participant, other guest, audio or audio/visual telecast or recording of the game, or any technology-related service provided by thevenue
    • Other items as determined by facilitymanagement
  • Management reserves the right to handle each occurrence on a case by-case basis. Management is not able to hold items for Guests and there are no check-in areas or lockers available at Ball Arena.All permitted bags, jackets and Guests are subject to search upon entering Ball Arena.Items which have varying policies for concerts and special events include: bags, cameras, video/audio recording equipment, and signs/flags/banners/posters.
