How do I contact Hudl support? ›

The hardware may not have power. Check to make sure all devices are powered on. Go to fan.hudl.com and click Create Account in the top right corner. Enter your name, email address and create a password. Click Create Account. You'll receive an email to verify your account.

Any coach or player can start private conversations with other individuals, or communicate with an entire group on the Hudl platform. Every message in a group conversation is visible to the whole group. You can also have a private 1-on-1 conversation with a single individual.

According to its status page Hudl is currently up.

If you see "Could not update your profile” after trying to save changes, contact support. Let us know the email address currently associated with your Hudl account and the new email address you would like to use.

The problem first emerged in January and, until now, Tesco has claimed to be working on a fix. But it has just announced via Twitter that “Hudl 1 and the first edition Hudl 2 have reached the end of life. This means the update that has been put in place will not fix the issue you're seeing, we're afraid.”

Recruiters can always find an athlete's public profile on Hudl, but opting into this recruiting profile is the fastest, most secure way to let programs know the right information about who you are and what skills you'll bring to their team.

You'll need to update your email address by going to your Account Settings under your name in the top right corner. If you cannot get logged in to do this you'll need to be re-added to the team. Once you've been re-added contact our Support team to request your two accounts are merged.

Will I know who has looked at my Hudl profile? Athletes will be able to see when college recruiters look at their Hudl profile, however, the recruiter will remain anonymous unless they follow the athlete.

Why is my account on hold? Your Hudl account will go on hold if your invoice is outstanding. You can view the status of your invoice on the billing and orders page.

How do I sign up for Hudl? Your coach or school needs to purchase Hudl and add you to the team roster. If your team is on Hudl, ask a team manager to send you an invite code. If you already have a Hudl account you can log in here or download the Hudl app.
