Can you have tattoos as a NFL cheerleader? ›

If you've got tattoos, you'll be asked to conceal them. If you're thinking of getting one, you'll be told not to. As for jewelry, you'll be asked to remove all of it. Indeed, some teams are even known to perform body checks before every game to ensure rules are being followed correctly.

You can wear a blazer or jacket at work if your shirt sleeve doesn't fully cover your tattoo. If your tattoo is on your lower back, ensure your shirt doesn't rise while sitting. Your pants and your shirt should fully conceal the tattoo. Pants can also cover up tattoos on your legs and ankles.

Use the opposite end of the spectrum with color. For example, if you are trying to cover a blue tattoo you would use an orange palette to cover up how dark the tattoo you're covering is.
