Our landing gear lube is scientifically researched and goalie tested. Comprised of a hydrophobic wax blend emulsified with an all-natural anionic oil, this pad wax will help you slide better and keep your pads looking great longer.

How does it work?

As a goalie plays, the sliding surface - AKA landing gear - develops micro abrasions. These micro abrasions create a rougher surface area that creates more friction and can lead to water absorption. It doesn't matter if it is leather, JenPro, Speedskin, or any other material, our Landing Gear Lube will help seal those micro abrasions and condition & refinish the surface. The hydrophobic and anionic properties will help manage and repel moisture between the surface of the pad and the ice, reducing friction and making sliding easier.

How to apply:

Using Filthy Mitts Co. Landing Gear Lube is simple. Push the wax up from the tube and rub it across the sliding surface of each leg pad. We recommend the pads being room temperature or warm to help it spread more smooth and consistently, but this is not required. To help make sure you have an even coating, use a soft cloth to buff any excess wax into the pads. Re-apply every 4-6 hours of use or as needed.

WHERE'S MY ORDER?

Orders typically ship 3-5 business days after your order is received and are shipped UPS or USPS standard post, which takes 3-5 business days. Orders ship after they are printed and we do not have a warehouse! We'd say conservatively, expect 8-10business daysfor delivery. Sometimes things happen and we ask that you be patient. However, if it has been more than 3 weeks, please contactfilthymitsco@gmail.comwith your name, email, what you ordered and/or any specifics about your order to help us locate your product. Once a tracking number has been generated, we cannot refund your order.

Custom team and uniform orders can take upwards of 4-6 weeks depending on product, quantity, and where they are shipping from.

CAN I GET MY ORDER FASTER?

The short answer is no. Occasionally, depending on our print production partners, some orders do come out faster - depends on demand - but we cannot guarantee any order will arrive in 2-3 days. This is why we also do not offer any sort of "express shipping" options. All orders are printed after they are received - not processed from a warehouse - then shipped after they are printed. Please read the above "where's my order" section to better understand our processing and shipping.

I LIVE OVERSEAS AND WANT TO BUY, BUT IT WON'T LET ME!

Due to costs, import & tax regulations, and previous issues with fraud attempts originating overseas, at this time we only ship to the United States, and Canada. We're sorry if this is an inconvenience. If we do allow overseas shipping, we will let you know via social media when that happens.

Since we use different vendors for different products to give you the best possible item, sometimes your order may be split. Also, if a product is running behind or on back-order for any reason, a shipment may also be split. Please be patient. APPAREL

With all of our products being print on demand, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than defect. We know it can be hard to choose a color or size, but please choose carefully.

If it is determined that your product qualifies for return, your full order will be refunded upon receipt of your product. You are responsible for return shipping.

For overstocks & seconds, the products are sol AS-IS and absolutely no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason.

ACCESSORIES

Accessories are not eligible for return or refund for reasons other than defect. Please send us an email with photos of the issue. If it is determined that your product qualifies for return, your full order will be refunded upon receipt of your product, unless otherwise told to keep it. You are responsible for return shipping.

For wax, please note that this is a handmade product, including the tube, which can result in some variance. The wax being loose in the tube is not a defect and the performance of the wax is unaffected. Additionally, while we try to choose the best shipping methods possible, we cannot control the conditions in which it is shipped and this may affect the end product. If you believe your wax has been damaged in shipping, please send us photos via email for consideration of refund or replacement.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders of any kind are not eligible for return or refund with exception of major defect. If you believe there has been an error on our part or that your order is defective, please provide us with photos via email for review and consideration.

  • Most of our apparel products are print on-demand using direct to garment technology. It results in a high-quality, long lasting print that will stand up to wearing and washing many, many, many times. All of our other products use a combination of, embroidery, heat/dye sublimation and/or UV light printing.

  • Orders ship after they are printed and we do not have a warehouse! Orders typically ship 3-5 business days after your order is received and are shipped UPS or USPS standard post, which takes 3-5 business days. We'd say conservatively, expect 10-14 business days for delivery. We also have some full cut & sew sublimated products on our site. These designs can take longer for production and shipping.

    Sometimes things happen and we ask that you be patient.     Custom sublimation orders, such as team jerseys, and bulk orders can take 4-6 weeks for production to delivery. Please be patient.

  • We do offer delivery and/or local pick-up for people within 20 miles of Canonsburg, PA. There is a $10 fee for delivery which covers delivery gas costs as well as any in-bound shipping if applicable. All orders choosing local delivery are subject to review. You will be contacted with information when your product is available and to coordinate meet/pick-up or you will receive shipping notifications if this was a better option. Not all products are available for local pick-up and will be automatically delivered to you. Must be within 20 miles of Canonsburg, PA or reasonable range. Local delivery can also increase delivery time, depending on product - if it is on-hand or has to go through the print-on-demand production queue and be sent to us first.   • In printing applications, it is sometimes necessary to pre-treat fabric to help set the ink. Often this pre-treat is a vinegar solution or other, sometimes not-awesome-smelling, solution. Washing your garment once or twice should take care of the smell.

  • We work with different vendors and production outlets to provide our products print-on-demand which can affect our cost. Additionally, different types of printing and designs can cost different amounts. We always do our best to find the best price for you and us. To help you out, we're always offering a variety of specials throughout the year - keep an eye on our Facebook page - and adjusting our prices as our vendors adjust theirs.
