The only time I recommend clients to reset their Tinder account is when both of the next criteria are met:

• They’re not getting the results they want. Like when you don’t get high-quality matches, or if you’ve been shadowbanned.
• They have new high-quality photos to build a new and desirable profile.

If you reset without giving your Tinder profile a facelift, chances are that you’ll end up in the same place as before.

Two ways to reset your Tinder account

1. If you login via Facebook

1. Open Tinder and enter ‘Settings’ by clicking on the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the menu and tap ‘Delete Account’.
3. Confirm the action and press ‘Delete My Account’.
4. Uninstall Tinder.
5. Open the Facebook profile linked to your Tinder account.
6. Click the downward facing arrow and go to ‘Settings’.
7. Sift through the menu on the left and click on ‘Apps and websites’.
8. Search for the Tinder icon and click the ‘X’ to remove it from your Facebook or press ‘Remove’.
9. Confirm the action.
10. Create a new Facebook account with another email address.
11. Were you a Tinder Plus or Gold user? Then you’ll also need a different Google Play account or Apple ID.
12. Download and reinstall Tinder.
13. Open Tinder and create a new account using your new Facebook.
14. Unless you waited 3 months between deleting your Tinder account and creating your new one, you need a new phone number. One that’s never been used for Tinder.
15. Verify your new number with Tinder’s SMS verification code.

Here come three easy tips on how to build a profile that’s TOO attractive for her to ignore.

1. Upload an attractive first photo

The perfect first photo is never a selfie or a group photo.

Selfies are bad for a host of reasons, but mostly because they distort your face up to 30%.

And group photos create too much clutter. The harder she has to work to pick you out of the crowd, the bigger the chance she’ll swipe you left.

Besides your looks, women are looking at your profile for one thing:

Do you want her to think you’re smart, caring, fun, or that you have 10 inches of man meat between your legs?

Whatever story that you’d like her to have of you, you need to tell that story through your profile photos.

Let me give you an example.

Here’s a Tinder photo I used to communicate that I was adventurous and a bit of a free spirit.

Secret: at the time, I could barely make turns. But as far as she knows, I’m staring off into the distance waiting to catch the next wave to do crazy tricks on.

3. Write a bio that gets her to send you the first text

If you want a match-tripling bio, keep the next principle in mind:

Show, don’t tell.

Telling:

“I’m funny.”

Showing:

“I want to say adult things to you. Now turn off the fugging lights because we paid $300 in utitilies last month.”

See the difference?

One makes you chuckle, the other is a lie.

Here come a few more examples that I’ve categorised based on what they say about you.

• I’m a bit of an introvert:
  “I’m the life of the party, but only when it’s inside my bag of Fritos.”
• I’m sexual and playful:
  “My kink is when women care about my feelings and what I have to say.”
• I’m a fun nerd:
  “Used to be 100% indifferent to birds my whole life, then one day I was like “damn is that a yellow-rumped warbler??”

FAQ: Do I need to reset my account to be seen by girls who already swiped me left?

No. But Tinder gives you a second chance to be seen by people who already swiped you, after an undisclosed period.

The current theory says that period shortens when your profile jumps to a higher Elo.

Elo is the rating Tinder gives your profile. And it’s basically a reflection of what kind of attention your profile gets.

Simply put: the more likes your profile gets, the higher your score. The higher your score, the higher the quality of girls you see.
