Who is the ionic detox for?
Almost everyone can benefit from the Ionic detox footbath. Our bodies accumulate toxins everyday through eating, drinking, and breathing as well as exposure to medications, chemicals, and toxic environments.

How does It work?
The Ionic Detoxification system uses micro-current to facilitate the movement or transfer of ions in and out of cells to restore and balance the positive and negative charges of cells. This is painless, non-invasive micro-current opens the pathway to the vital ion channels. In this way, all the body’s organs, including the liver, intestines, kidneys, lungs, skin, and immune system, can become energized and stimulated to function optimally.
Why does the water change color?
During the session, the water will always change to a brown/orange due salt, water, minerals and impurities in the water. But when feet are in the water, the colors are affected by the oils being released from the sebaceous gland. Some of the neutralized toxins will exit the body through the pores of the feet. An unusual amount of particular color may indicate that a person has accumulated toxins in certain areas the ionic detox is helping in those areas. (see chart) Only some toxins leave the body through the pores of the feet. Therefor the color changes in the water should not be the main focus. Instead focus on how you feel.
