The final week of the NFL season is here and three NFL Playoff berths are still available in the AFC.
Five teams have a shot to earn those final three postseason positions: The Jacksonville Jaguars, Buffalo Bills, Indianapolis Colts, Houston Texans and Pittsburgh Steelers.
Which three will make the AFC playoffs?
Check out the NFL playoff picture for the AFC entering the NFL Week 18 schedule, with the Baltimore Ravens, Miami Dolphins, Kansas City Chiefs and Cleveland Browns having already clinched spots.
The top seed in each conference gets a bye in the wild card round of the NFL postseason and the other division winners get the No. 2 through No. 4 seeds.
The No. 5, No. 6 and No. 7 seeds go to the non-division winners with the best records.

AFC playoff scenarios Week 18:
- The Bills clinch the AFC East with a win over the Dolphins.
- Buffalo clinches a wild card berth with a tie or a Steelers loss or tie to the Ravens or a Jaguars loss or tie to the Titans or a tie between the Texans and Colts.
- The Texans clinch the AFC South with a win and a Jaguars loss or tie.
- Houston gets a playoff berth with a win or a tie and a Jacksonville loss and a Pittsburgh loss or tie.
- The Colts would secure the AFC South with a win and a Jaguars loss or tie or a tie and a Jacksonville loss.
- Indianapolis gets in the playoffs with a win or a tie and a Steelers loss or tie.
- The Jaguars win the AFC South with a win or a tie and a tie between the Colts and Texans.
- Jacksonville earns a playoff spot with a tie and a Pittsburgh loss or tie or a Pittsburgh loss and a Denver loss or tie to the Raiders provided the Texans vs. Colts game doesn't end in a tie.
- The Dolphins win the AFC East with a win or tie against the Bills.
- The Steelers clinch a berth with a win and a loss by Buffalo or a Jacksonville loss or tie or a Houston-Indianapolis tie, but Pittsburgh could also get in if it ties Baltimore and the Jaguars lose and the Texans-Colts game doesn't end in a tie.
- Another way Pittsburgh gets in is to see Jacksonville lose, Denver win and Houston vs. Indianapolis not end in a tie.
