2021: What Gear These NHL Goalies Are Wearing
Entering the 2021 – 22 NHL season, fans of goalie equipment are in for a treat. Last year, the majority of NHL goalies wearing CCM abandoned the brand for True Goalie. This was in large part due to the fact that Lefevre parted ways with CCM, teaming up with True to introduce a new line of goalie pads.

What size goalie pads do NHL goalies wear?
Since each goalie in the NHL wears a customized pair of pads, the actual pad sizing is not displayed on the pad itself. With that being said, most goalies in the NHL wear a pad greater than 33″ in size, with most falling in the 35″, 36″, and 37″-38″ range.
