Lets make a debate here:
Raiden
Strength:
Raiden holded back Outer haven, tossed Rays who weighs around 557-1000 tons thats Class G
Speed:
Raiden is fast enough to block bullets from all four directions. Fast enough to tag Vamp.
Durability:
Raiden can easily take laser blasts and sword strikes anywhere in his body without an issue.
Skill:Raiden is Stated to be a Master Martial Artist with near spiderman level Agility.
Now for Kratos
Strength:
Overpowered Atlas who could lift a planet. And to be hones Atlas can just step on those rays and gekkos with his feet lol. Moved The Temple of Midgard which literally weighs 1,774,000 Tons According to the Director. Completely flipped tyrs temple which should weigh around 70,000 or 100,000 tons.
Speed:
Fast enough to tag hermes. And brutaly killed him and took his boots.
Durability:
Can take punches from Atlas, Ares, Zues, Hercules with no issue at all
Skill:
As a Spartan Army Commander Kratos is a Master of combat and battle Tactics
Now the strength feats that i showed for kratos are done by kratos casually. So, i dont think Raiden can beat kratos. Oh! i forgot Raiden has Jack ripper mode. Kratos has Freaking!! Spartan Rage which basically makes him invunerable . And Kratos is Immortal (Type 1, 3 , 4, )
Type 4: Meaning that even if raiden kills him hell just come back lol
