Monday – Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m
All requests for Saturday service will need to get their ride scheduled no later than 5:00 pm the Thursday prior, including return rides. We will not be accepting any same-day ride requests for Saturdays and will not be scheduling ahead on rides. Any questions regarding this change, please ask dispatch.

Rainbow Rider’s mission is to meet the transportation needs of residents in Douglas, Grant, Pope, Stevens, Todd, and Traverse Counties in Minnesota in the safest, customer-oriented, and most cost-effective manner possible.
