Devin Booker's high level of play for the Phoenix Suns is winning over doubters.
Even Inside the NBA's Shaquille O'Neal.
Shaq offered an apology to Booker after the Suns' 129-124 win over the Denver Nuggets on Sunday night, telling the Suns star "I love the way you're playing."
“Devin Booker, I’m sorry," he said on the TNT show. "I owe you an apology. I got on TV and said you would not go 20-for-25 again. You messed around and went for 14-for-18 … so, sir, I apologize. I love the way you’re playing.”

Why did Shaq apologize to Devin Booker?
After Booker scored 47 points on 20-for-25 shooting in Phoenix's Game 3 win on Friday night, Shaq said that he didn't think Booker could replicate that kind of performance again.
In Game 4, Booker scored 36 points on 14-for-18 shooting, prompting Shaq's apology.
Shaq's apology to Booker channeled an apology the former NBA star previously made to the Dallas Mavericks' Christian Wood, when he said "I owe you an apology. I wasn't familiar with your game" after Wood scored 27 points in a game against the Spurs.
Everyone should be familiar with Devin Bookers' game right now. Booker's play has the Suns right back in their series with the Nuggets heading back to Denver for Game 5 on Tuesday.
