Quotes
Head Coach Taryn VanThof
On her first senior night as a coach…
"Senior night is always sad but exciting. It's bittersweet, you know. Getting these kids out on their home field for the last time but at the same time recognizing how much they've done well while wearing a Sun Devil Jersey."

On how the Sun Devils were able to respond following a 4 point first quarter by USC…
"We talked about discipline in our sets like making sure we're running through our sets for a full 60 seconds and not just 10 seconds and looking for the first opportunity. We wanted to capitalize on momentum and move the ball more than just once."

On what the team hopes to improve on before the Pac-12 Tournament…
"Some efficiency on the offensive end. I think we took just as many shots as them (USC). We were right there in terms of shooting the ball, it's now about capitalizing and finishing on those opportunities."

Kaylon Buckner
On playing on Senior Night…
"It's definitely a lot of mixed emotions. I'm super excited to be a Sun Devil. I'm always proud to wear the fork on my chest and I think that's something I'll carry with me for the rest of my life. Sun Devils for life!"

On confidence going into the tournament…
"I'm feeling very confident in my teammates. I think we're going to trust the process. This season might not show what we're capable of as the numbers go, but as a team we're all super close. We all love each other. If we just go together we can accomplish anything."

On tying the mark for most games played as a Sun Devil today…
"This was actually the first time I found out about it. Hearing that, I am super blessed and thankful to be a part of this program. From the start, I've taken every day with a positive attitude and take that grind and roll with it. It's not always easy, but I just keep pushing forward and stay in the present, and I think that's something that will stay with me for the rest of my life. I'm super proud to be a Sun Devil."
