- All locker rooms are wheelchair accessible.
- Smartsheet rink has clear panels in player benches to allow sled hockey players to see the ice from the bench.
- Starbucks rink offers wheelchair viewing spots along the bleachers.
With the exception of registered medical or emotional support animals, pets are not permitted in the facility.
There is a WaFd Bank ATM located on the 2nd floor of the building.
- Photography and videography of any sort is not permitted in any locker room.
- General photography in the facility is permitted.
- Photography or videography of Kraken players during training and practice is only permitted by permission.
Costumes and clothing with offensive material or language, or that appropriates or disrespects another culture, is prohibited at Seattle Kraken facilities.
The location of the elevator in next to the Guest Services desk in the main lobby.
- Guest Services and Venue Operations are trained in First Aid, CPR & AED. There are 5 AED kits in the facility and First Aid materials at the Guest Services desk.
- Should an emergency evacuation of the building be required, please follow the instructions of KCI staff.
