Does Bauer have a warranty? ›

Bauer offers a 30-day limited North American Warranty on composite sticks. If a claim is submitted within 30 days of purchase, Bauer Hockey will provide a one-time replacement of your player or goalie composite stick if damaged due to a manufacturer defect.

Copies of applicable warranties may be obtained from the website www.bauer-equipment.com. For new BAUER products, the standard warranty is 12 months or 1,000 operating hours*, whichever comes first, beginning on the Warranty Start Date** to the first user.

WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty begins upon delivery of your product. Because of the 2-stick minimum order, both Pro Custom sticks have a 30-day warranty from date of delivery. You must file 2 separate claims (1 per stick) if both sticks break within the same 30-day warranty period.

TRUE's labor coverage obligation under this warranty is limited to a period of five (5) years for hydrocarbon (HC) units and three (3) years for HFC units from the date of the original installation.

The limited warranty term is 90-day beginning on the date of invoice. You must provide the original receipt to receive an exchange or refund.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by BAUER, the reciprocating compressor products, and other BAUER manufactured components are warranted to be free of defects in both material and workmanship for a period of TWENTY-FOUR MONTHS FROM DATE OF SHIPMENT FROM BAUER.

If product cannot be repair within 15 days, a new product of equal or similar features, capacity, specifications and/or efficiency and functionality will be provided. Product will also be replaced if the same major failure occurs and requires 3 service call within 12 months.

Can you return used tools to Harbor Freight? ›

If a hand tool purchased from Harbor Freight is found to be defective or fails to perform satisfactorily, customers could generally return it for a replacement or refund. It's essential to keep the original receipt and, in some cases, the original packaging for a smoother return process.

The brand separates its warranty coverage between hand tools and other tools. Pittsburgh covers its hand tools with a lifetime warranty through Harbor Freight. All other Pittsburgh tools, like automotive and diagnostic tools, carry the standard 90-day warranty.

BAUER STICK WARRANTY CLAIM

All claims must be submitted 30 days from date of purchase as per the stick warranty policy. Please note that any claims that are not in compliance with our warranty parameters, will be denied.

All hockey manufacturers have a warranty program to stand behind their products which can be found on the page below.
