What to Bring
Due to the unpredictable British weather, we suggest you are prepared for any eventuality. Some seating areas are uncovered, so we suggest bringing sun cream and an umbrella just in case!
Can I bring my ownAlcohol?
Lord's is the only international cricket venue in the world where adult spectators can bring alcohol into theGround. However, please note there are some variations to the MCC Ground Regulations as follows:
ForVitality Blastmatches,general admissionticket holders arenotpermitted to bring in any alcoholic drinks to the Ground. Alcohol may only bebroughtinto Lord's by adult MCC & Middlesex Members and their guests, as well as Debenture Holders and their guests. Allalcoholmust be brought in via the Grace Gate.
For matches inThe Hundred,general admissionticket holders arenotpermitted to bring in any alcoholic drinks to the Ground. If you are an adult MCC Member, MCC Members’ Guest, Debenture Holder or Hospitality ticket holder you may still bring alcohol into the Ground but please enter via the Grace Gate or Bicentenary Gate.
For all other matches, adult spectatorsmay bring alcoholic drinks into the Ground in one of the following descriptions and quantities:
(i) one bottle of wine or Champagne (max. 750ml); or (ii) two cans/bottles of beer/cider (max. 500ml each); or (iii) two cans of premixed aperitifs (max. 330ml each).
Bottles of spirits or fortified wines will not be allowed into the Ground. Amounts of alcohol in excess of these limits and any alcohol in excess of these limits will be confiscated. Under no circ*mstances will any spectator be re-admitted to the Ground at any time during the day ifthey arein possession of any alcohol.MCCreserves the right to confiscate any quantity of alcohol from any spectator.
Bring a Water Bottle
With 25 water fountains at Lord's, spectators are encouraged to bring their ownrefillable bottles to top-up around the ground.
Water fountains can be found behind the Grand Stand, the Compton Stand, the Mound Stand and the Allen Stand.
What is notallowed?
Fancy dress, musical instruments and flags are not permitted at Lord’s.
