What can you bring to a Kraken game?
Bags brought into the arena must fit within the following specifications: One clear bag that does not exceed 14"W x 14"H x 6"D in size. Small clutches/purses/wallets that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" with or without a handle or strap.
For the health and safety of all guests, and to expedite the entry process, Climate Pledge Arena requests that guests do not bring a bag to the arena. If necessary, guests are permitted to bring a bag that fits within the following specifications: One clear bag that does not exceed 14”wx14”hx6”d in size.
Guests are permitted to bring in their own snacks and lunches. However, all food and beverage for events and tournaments must be provided by 32 Bar & Grill in-house catering.
Layers are your friend. Do wear a jersey (known as a “sweater”). Hats are acceptable, as are actual sweaters. Don't be surprised if our Kraken players and their opponents push each other in front of the net, regularly, after the whistle calls play dead.

Per the guidance, mask wearing is now considered optional, and we respect the decision of guests and staff who choose to continue wearing a mask. The health and safety of all our guests, staff and players remains a top priority.
Reusable (non-glass) water bottles are permitted. Bottles must be no larger than 32 oz and must empty upon entry, including ice.
It's going to be cooler the closer to the ice you are. Generally speaking, the ice will be about 25° and the air, for an inside game, will be somewhere between 50 and 60°.

Backpacks and oversized bags are NOT permitted. Medical and diaper bags 14"x14"x6" or smaller are permitted. All guests entering with medical or diaper bags are subject to x-ray screening upon entry. There is no bag check available at Ball Arena.
In addition to the new food items, the arena announced two new value beers: a 16 oz. Miller High Life or Miller Lite for $9.99, and a 16 oz. rotating craft beer for $9.99.
Can you bring a blanket to a hockey game?
This may be obvious, but hockey arenas are a little colder than arenas for other sports. You'll want to bundle up—perhaps in a team sweater or jacket—but you can also bring blankets for the family if you'd prefer not to wear heavier clothing to the game.

Yes, hockey games are cold but not freezing – unless they are outside. You should bring a sweater or jacket at the very least. Typically the ambient air temperature is between 50-60°F (10-15°C) while the ice temperature is around 24°F (-4,4 °C).
The standard length of an NHL hockey game is 60 minutes, or 3 periods of 20 minutes. If the score is tied after sixty minutes, the game will extend to a 5-minute overtime followed by a shootout. During the playoffs, teams will play sudden-death overtime to settle a tie which is also made up of 20-minute periods.

Is the monorail free for Kraken games?
Seattle Kraken and Storm game tickets come with a free public transit pass to and from the arena on King County Metro buses or Water Taxis, Sound Transit buses or light rail trains, the Seattle Streetcar, or the Seattle Monorail.

Most large stadiums and arenas have implemented clear bag policies that limit the size and types of bags of attendees. This aims to provide a safer environment for spectators; as well as faster entry into the events by allowing security personnel to quickly identify the contents of a each bag.
