Food and Beverage Policy
Guests are permitted to bring food into Yankee Stadium for individual consumption. Items such as apples and oranges must be sliced or sectioned. Clear factory-sealed plastic bottles of water, 1 liter in size or smaller, are also permitted.
Guests may not carry/bring the following items into Yankee Stadium: any bag larger than 16 inches by 16 inches by 8 inches. hard-sided bags or containers of any size. glass, cans, aluminum bottles or thermoses.
As long as you pack your food in plastic bags, you can bring in any snacks or food. They do request you cut your apples and oranges into slices, likely afraid rowdy Red Sox fans will begin pelting players from the bleachers. Drinks of any non-alcoholic kind can be brought in plastic bottles up to one liter.
The official rule is that the food needs to be put into a clear plastic bag. Foods can include sandwiches, chips, candy, peanuts, and more. In addition to food, Yankee fans can also bring in unopened bottled water in a plastic bottle.

Liquor Skins
Most stadiums won't let you bring food or beverages inside the gate with you, but you might be able to convince security personnel to let you finish a soda inside. In that case, you can always go with the Liquor Skin.

How early should I get to Yankees game?
5 months ago. It is suggested to be there 1-2 hours in advance. It takes time to go through security and get your food and beverages.
All fans will be required to wear masks during games. Also beginning May 19, fans at Citi Field and Yankee Stadium will be able to receive the Johnson & Johnson vaccine on-site during games. Attendees who get vaccinated at either ballpark will receive a free ticket to a future game.
