A dancer, she had spent five years as a cheerleader for the Indianapolis Colts before joining the Dallas Cowboys' squad.
Season 6. [End of episode, third of three, she's not seen being called in, but it is functionally an office visit] Kelli asks her what happened, and Kaitlin says she got pulled over in a construction zone for speeding and didn't have her license, so the cop followed her home so she wouldn't get an extra ticket.
She is last visible sitting with the veterans prior to the office visits at the end of episode 12.11. Erica Wilkins was quietly cut or quit during training camp. Almost a year later, she sued the Cowboys, for not being paid for all the hours she worked. The Cowboys organization settled out of court.

It's more than just hyping up the crowd. Here are the most interesting facts and requirements to join a squad on an NFL franchise. Cheerleaders can be as young as 18-19 for some teams—but the average reported age of an NFL cheerleader is 25.
The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders were the innovators of professional cheerleading, and among the seven women that were chosen for the 1972-73 season was Vonceil Baker. Vonceil had no idea that she was making history as one of the first African American professional cheerleaders.
The daughter of a former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader, Victoria grew up in Coppell, Texas just a few miles from the DCC rehearsal studio. She took advantage of every opportunity to dance alongside the DCC, whether it was Junior DCC, DCC Dance Academy Camps, or Prep Classes.
[Before office] I was really honestly thrown off when they called my name to be in the office. Definitely very passionate about being on this team. It took a lot to get here. I've had two phenomenal years.
Career. Trammell was a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader for four years, from 1980-1984, and during that time served as group leader and a show group member. She is trained in jazz, pom, drill team, and tap dance. She became assistant choreographer of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders in 1984.

Cowboys fans often assume there are strict guidelines for DCC audition. In truth, there are very few requirements to enter. You must be at least 18 years old on Day 1 of auditions, but there is no maximum age. We've had ladies in their 50's tryout (even a 62-year old, if I remember correctly).
