This chip gives your captain treble the number of points they score in a gameweek instead of double. Again, the best time to use this is in a double gameweek as, by picking a player who will feature in two matches, you get two bites of the cherry rather than one.
No, only one chip can be active at one time, so you can't play both Wildcard and Triple Captain in one gameweek.
Bench Boost in Fantasy Premier League is a great opportunity to maximise your points on a given gameweek. Like the other chips in FPL, the timing of the Bench Boost will determine how successful its deployment turns out to be. A Bench Boost can only be played once during a season, and is only active for one gameweek.
The Free Hit is one of your chips, alongside the Wildcard, the Triple Captain and Bench Boost. You can use it once a season to make unlimited transfers to your 15-man squad and like the Wildcard, the Free Hit is used when confirming transfers. It cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

A Wildcard allows you to make unlimited changes to your team without incurring any point hits. All FPL managers are given one free transfer per week and two free transfers if you 'roll over' a transfer.
Traditionally, FPL managers are given two wildcards in a season: one to be played in its first half and the other to be used in the second half. That second wildcard is usually activated close to the big blank and double gameweeks to make the most of chip strategies: normally around Gameweeks 29 to 34.
Is The Wildcard Permanent? Yes, the wildcard is permanent. Once you have activated your wildcard, made your transfers for the game week and the deadline has passed, you will play with that team from that point forward. This is unlike the free hit.
There is a difference between wildcard and free hit chips. While the transfers made using wildcard are permanent, the free hit allows for unlimited transfers which revert after that particular game week and it is available once a season, unlike the wildcard which is available twice.
If managers do not use their free transfer, they can carry it over and have two free transfers for the following Gameweek. However, they are unable to build up more than two free transfers at any one time. Player prices change during the season based on the popularity of the player in the transfer market.

In the 2021/22 season, FPL gave managers two Free Hits due to unprecedented fixture disruption. In 2022/23, the situation has reverted to normal and fantasy managers will have just the one Free Hit. Just like a Wildcard, you can make unlimited changes to your squad.
Only one chip may be active in a Gameweek (please note, a Wildcard counts as a chip too). For example, it is not possible to make transfers with your Free Hit Chip and then use your Bench Boost Chip in the same Gameweek.

You'll be asked whether you really want to do this – make sure you're certain since you only get one shot. Remember though, you can cancel your Bench Boost chip any time before the deadline. You can only play one chip a week, though.
The only possible modes of dismissal on a free hit delivery are the same as those applicable on a no ball, viz. run out, obstructing the field and hit the ball twice. If the batter is caught or bowled on a free hit delivery, the ball would still be in play and the batter can score runs.
Is stumping out on free hit ball allowed? Stumping is not an applicable mode of dismissal on a free hit. Only three types of dismissals are allowed on free hit – a run-out, field obstruction and hitting the ball twice.

So in the case of men, a bench press that equals their body weight would be considered good. However, if a man is capable of bench pressing around 1¼ times or 1½ times his body weight, he would fall in the category of an intermediate or advanced lifter respectively.
A 225 pound bench press is considered impressive even among the average weightlifting population, and as such the average sedentary male is unlikely to even come close to being able to lift such an amount.
