What does +600 mean in a bet?
A 6-point pleaser involving two teams would land you +600 or 6-to-1 odds if you win. Just like teasers and parlays though, all parts of the bet need to win otherwise you lose everything, no partial credit. Props: “Props” are a way to bet on more specific events to happen. The easiest example are player props.
The bigger the number after the plus sign, the bigger of an underdog that the team or person is to win. So, if a team is +1000 to win, this would mean that you would win $1000 in profit with a bet of $100 - if they won, of course. -
When odds are expressed with a plus (+) or minus (–) symbol followed by a number. They are American money line odds; for example, +200 signifies the amount a bettor could win if wagering $100. If the bet works out, the player would receive a total payout of $300 ($200 net profit + $100 initial stake).
For example, a bet placed at +200 in American odds (2/1 in fractional or 3.00 in decimal) has a 33.33 percent implied winning probability.

Positive money line: +145, +220, or anything similar
represent how much of an underdog the team is in the game. The higher the number the more likely the team is expected to lose in the eyes of the oddsmakers. The number also indicates how much money would win in comparison to every $100 you wager.
American Odds
A minus sign indicates a bookie's favorite to win while a plus symbol indicates an underdog. A -250 favorite has a better chance of winning an event than a -150 favorite, while a +200 underdog has a better chance of winning than a +500 underdog.
The Money Line: Odds for a game based on $1. A "minus" (-) preceding the number indicates the team is a favorite. A "plus" (+) preceding the number indicates the team is an underdog.
When oddsmakers release a betting line on a game, the first thing they do is decide which team should be the favorite and which should be the underdog. The favorite is the team that is more likely to win the game and will get a minus sign next to its odds. The underdog is expected to lose and gets a plus sign.
