Why did a message disappear on match com?

How do I know if a member has blocked me? If you try to contact a person who has blocked your profile, or declined your invitation to chat, you will not be able to communicate and an information message from us will inform you of the situation.
If you click on another member's profile and see a message that the profile is unavailable, it is usually because that member has chosen to take a break to pursue a relationship, or for other reasons has chosen to hide their profile.
Regardless of their location in your box or read status, they are automatically deleted after 180 days, so read and respond to them promptly to make sure you never miss an opportunity to connect.
If one or more of your matches have disappeared, then one of the following things has occurred: The person you matched with deliberately unmatched with you. The person you matched with accidentally unmatched with you. The person you matched with deleted their account .
Blocking and unmatching are the same feature. If you unmatch someone, they will be blocked and be placed in your "blocked" list. If you've had a conversation with them, blocking/unmatching will also remove the conversation from their Conversations page.
When someone you've blocked calls you, they'll be sent right to your voicemail, as if your phone was turned off. This is their only clue that you blocked them. The blocked caller can still leave a voicemail, but it won't show up with your regular messages.
