What does xGA mean in hockey?

These stats will mean nothing if one doesn't know what a good stat is in this context. Typically, I judge xGF/60 as the following, bad<2.00-2.5<good, and the opposite is true for xGA/60. Anything between the 2.00 to 2.5 range is standard to pretty good.
According to blogger Kent Wilson, most players will have a Corsi For percentage (CF%) between 40 and 60. A player or team ranked above 55% is often considered "elite".
Corsi For Percentage (CF%): The total of Corsi For shot attempts divided by the total of Corsi For shot attempts and Corsi Against shot attempts. A player percentage over 50% indicates his team is generating more shot attempts than the opposition when the player is on the ice.
L10 is a team's record over their last 10 games, W–L–OTL. STRK is the team's current streak of consecutive wins or losses.

Ending with the 2020-2021 regular season and only looking at 5v5 stats, Connor McDavid has been on the ice for 6776 Corsi for events and 397 goals for. Meanwhile a more average fourth liner Pierre-Edouard Bellemare has been on the ice for 4663 Corsi for events and 143 Goals for.
An xG of 1 is the highest value a single shot can be, which implies that a player has a 100% chance of scoring. The higher the value of the xG, the more likely the player is to convert the opportunity. The use of npxG (Non-Penalty Expected Goals) is particularly useful as it provides a more accurate analysis.
For an individual player, the Corsi number is calculated by taking the number of shot attempts his team gets at even strength while he is on the ice and divides it by the number of shot attempts the opponent gets while he is on the ice. So, it's like plus-minus, but for shot attempts instead of goals.
What is the most important stat in hockey?
GF/60 is the most important stat because it's using real goals as opposed to expected goals. GF/60 has a direct impact on the game and it's much easier to gain cumulative value from offence than it is from defence. Although defence is a great stat, it can have a major flaw in a player's defensive impact.
Corsi refers to all shots. This is any time the puck is directed towards the net (whether it reaches the goalie, beats the goalie, is blocked by a skater, or misses the net entirely). A single player's Corsi for is every one of the shot attempts that his team takes while he is on the ice.
A typical hockey player has a CF% between 45% and 55%. CF% is calculated as the sum of shots on goal, missed shots, and blocked shots over the shots against, missed shots against and blocked shots against at equal strength.
To make this data easier to use, statisticians express a player or team's numbers as a percentage. CF% (Corsi For Percentage) and FF% (Fenwick For Percentage) can then be easily compared among players, teams and games.

What does RO mean in hockey?
The ROW acronym in hockey stands for Regulation plus Overtime Wins. It was introduced in the 2010-11 NHL season to distinguish between regulation/overtime wins and shootout wins. Connor McDavid, C, Edmonton Oilers. For the third straight season, McDavid tops the list. The 22-year-old finished second in the NHL with 116 points (41 goals, 75 assists), behind Kucherov, and had at least one point in 66 of his 78 games for the Oilers.
Scoring chances were typically around 10 per team per game. But the stats available have simply exploded. There's Fenwick, a variation on Corsi in that it doesn't include blocked shots. It's named after its inventor, Flames blogger Matt Fenwick.
The probabilities range between 0 and 1. A shot of 0.1 xG means a shot like this should be scored 10% of the time. A shot of 0.8 xG means a shot like this should be scored 80% of the time. A penalty xG value is fixed to 0.76.
The xG model have an average prob of 23%. Basic Poisson models are know for over- or underestimating the Draw probability [3], especially the 0:0. But that's something, which has to be considered as a separate topic and will not be part of this post, as I just want to compare the base predictive power.
