Is there a female version of jockstrap?

Jills are relatively the same thing that a jock is to a male goaltender, except for…you guessed it, the ladies. They are slightly different in that they offer more padding in the pelvic area. Other than that, fit, design and materials are all relatively the same.
Do girls need to wear a cup in hockey?
Players of all levels in ice hockey wear a cup. This includes both amateurs and professionals, players of all ages, and also players of different genders. There is always the risk of being struck in the genital region by either the ball, a stick, or an impact with another player.
WHAT DOES A HOCKEY PLAYER WEAR UNDER ALL OF THEIR EQUIPMENT? Long shirt and pants that are breathable, typically a moisture wicking material is preferred. The base layer should fit tight and feel comfortable. This layer improves the fit of the pads and helps control body temperature.
Whereas jock straps contain straps on their backside, a dance belt is primarily made as a thong. The reason for this design is to completely hide all traces of underwear lines through the tights or tight pants a male dancer wears.
