Once a winger awaiting the defenseman's breakout feed along those outer hash marks receives that feed, the transitioning team has brought the puck halfway out of its zone. But that has hardly any use considering how swiftly and smoothly breakouts tend to occur.
Half Wall. The term pony wall is often used interchangeably with the terms knee wall, half wall or sub wall to refer to a wall that does not extend all the way from the floor to the ceiling.
Half board includes two meals. One of them is breakfast. The other is lunch or dinner. Dinner is most common, but many hotels are flexible if guests ask to switch to a midday meal.

The kickplate at the bottom of the boards is light yellow. The boards are constructed so that the surface facing the ice is smooth and free of any obstruction or any object that could cause injury to players.
The safety of players and spectators is of paramount importance. The barrier that separates the rink and the spectator consists of the dasher boards and the rink shielding systems.
