Hercules. Hercules possesses the greatest strength of all the Olympians and is stronger than even his father, Zeus. His strength exceeds that of most other powerful Marvel Comics icons, which he proved when he took away Mjölnir from a Thor clone in Civil War, one of the best Marvel Comics events.

Whilst generally considered human like in appearance, and giant in nature, possibly standing five metres tall, others state that the Gigantes were not gigantic, but simply men with enormous strength.

Do Greek gods have DNA?
But gods are special beings. They don't have DNA and each god is a force unto himself/herself. They pass on some of their power to their demigod children, but not the entire bloodline of the Olympian family.
Giants, called GEGENEIS [jee'je-nays and gay'ge-nays], since they were “born from the Earth,” challenged Zeus and the new order of the gods. They were defeated in a fierce battle and were imprisoned under the earth.

TL;DR: While Persephone and Hades' heights are somewhat inconsistent in the comic, I think it would be roughly accurate to put Persie at 5'0 (152.4 cm) and Hades at 6'8 (203 cm), which, while quite short and very tall, are within reason for a cis-woman/cis-man, respectively.
They originate from Muspelheim, the land of fire from ancient Nordic stories. Fire giants usually have smoky gray skin, fiery red eyes, and fiery red/orange/yellow hair. They also tend to be around 20 feet tall.
Giants would most likely win but not because they're more powerful. They would win because in Greek mythology a god and a demigod would have to work together to kill a giant, whereas anyone if they had enough power, skill or time could defeat a titan.
