Will Cash App refund you if you get hacked?
Cash App doesn't guarantee a refund for any fraudulent transactions or scam payments you make after falling for a scammer's ploy. However, you can contact Cash App support to dispute a transaction, report a scam, and explore your options.

How to file a Cash App claim. Customers can file a claim on the Cash App settlement website. If you have a notice ID and confirmation code from a notice you got in the mail or email, you'll be asked to enter that information. You can still file a claim even if you haven't gotten a notice.

Contact the bank or service you sent money through

Upon receiving your dispute, Cash App and your bank must investigate and provide a resolution within a certain timeframe. If the investigation takes longer than 10 days, your money should be provisionally refunded along with any associated fees or interest. The investigation cannot take more than 45 days.
To be eligible to receive a Claimant Award for Settlement Benefits, including payment for Out-of-Pocket Losses, Lost Time or Transaction Losses from this Settlement, you must submit a timely and valid Claim Form. The Claim Form must be submitted no later than November 18, 2024.
Does the Cash App include fees for receiving money? Funds transferred via Cash App are automatically credited to your account without additional charges. You can keep it there for further payments or transfer it to your related bank account. Standard deposits are also free.

How to get free cash from Cash App?
Cash App provides unlimited free withdrawals at in-network ATMs, as well as one instantly reimbursed out-of-network withdrawal per 31 days, for customers who get $300 (or more) in paychecks directly deposited into their Cash App in a given calendar month.
To dispute a recent Cash App Card purchase, first reach out to the merchant to have them attempt to refund the payment. If the refund does not appear within 10 business days of reaching out to the merchant, please reach out to the merchant again to confirm before contacting Cash Support.
