The pair first crossed paths in 2011 but didn’t take their romance public until two years later when she supported him at Tournament of Champions.

Johnson announced their engagement in August 2013 via Twitter, writing, “She said yes!!!”

The couple became parents on January 19, 2015, when son Tatum was born.

Paulina gave birth to son River in July 2017.

After Paulina wiped Johnson from her Instagram in September 2018, speculation about their relationship made headlines. He addressed reports about their status via Twitter at the time but didn't directly acknowledge the cheating report. “Every relationship goes through its ups and downs, but most importantly, we love each other very much and are committed to being a family. Thank you for your love and support," he wrote.

By November, they were seen cuddling up on a trip.

The twosome were all over each other when Johnson won the Masters in November 2020.

"She's such a big supporter of mine … obviously with golf or any professional athlete, or even a business, you got to have somebody to support you," he said in an interview at the time. "I've spent a lot of time away from home, or at the golf course, or traveling on the road, whatever it is. So you need that special person, especially with the kids, she does a great job taking care of everything else so all I got to do is worry about golf."

Paulina said in a January 2021 podcast interview that she hopes to have baby No. 3.

“I want to enjoy being 32, 33, and then hopefully, if I’m lucky enough, then I get to have one more at 34,” she said, calling her sons “everything” to her while also admitting she would love a daughter.

All signs pointed to the duo finally tying the knot in 2022 as Paulina celebrated her bachelorette party in Saint Barthélemy in early March.
