Rico: Sorry for the wait but what I have gathered is you consistently need to be a top performer and always top of the squad ranking in order to be a captain.
you: i agree and i have been since fifa 2014 the top rating scores assist for 7 years in a row played with good teams and bad teams and i still wont get the captain
you: and i got teams out for 2nd leauge to 1st to get them all trophies for years and still wont work

Rico: Sorry for the wait but I am consulting right now one of the specialist and it seems like a bug but the developers are already aware of it. For a fix that we can try right now is re-install the game on your PS4 and see if it will make some changes. Do not worry because I am sure that this will be fix also by a patch or update and sine I know that this is an inconvenience

Rico: There is no specific date yet but I will send you an email once we get some news about it. For the meantime you can try uninstalling and re-installing your FIFA 15 on your PS4 and see if it will fix this bug
