Flowey said he called out for Chara, and he connects his calling out with Frisk's arrive. It seems those two events happened very close together. Is it just coincidence a person resembling Chara would arrive so close to this event?
Any person with a red SOUL would "resemble" Chara.
Recall that Chara is the only human that Asriel has ever seen, besides the humans that attacked him (none of which would have been children.)
Then, Flowey meets someone, who, like them, climbed Mt. Ebott, who, like them, has a determination SOUL, and, like them, was there when Asriel called onto Chara.
There's about a 1/7th chance that any given human will meet all of these criteria.
So, what are the odds of a human falling within that timeframe?
Given the growth rate of the American population since 1720, and using the range of 1720-2015, the odds that any given fall happened after 1983 is about 50%.
How long was Flowey alive for? Most flowers die off in the winter, though the primrose is a notable exception (There are others, but I picked that one because of how closely it looks to the golden flowers we see in Undertale-Though the primrose is not an exact match, so we can't say that the golden flower is a primrose). So it's quite likely that Flowey has been alive for less than a year. (As Flowey. The DT experiments would have brought him back to life.)
This, combined with the fact that the DT experiments were meant to extract determination from the humans, means that it is very likely that the experiments happened when every human except for Frisk had already fell, and died.
The odds of the eighth human falling between 2011-2015, a five-year timespan, would be around 40%. And it is greater than even 10% that this last human would fall in the exact year of 2010.
The year that Flowey was around in.
And we shouldn't assume that Flowey only called upon Chara once. This would be something they would have done many times.
It's really not that implausible to assume that this is what happened..
How could anybody even get into the underground?Like, Flowey has been loopingtime for a long while, there's nothing that happens that he doesn't know is going to happen. It is possible the game takes place at a time he's never lived before? That this has been the longest he's gone without resetting? My theory is it's not.
My theory was that it was. And it has been that for a long time. It's the simplest explanation for the data.
And in fact, evidence supports this as well.
Flowey tells us near the end of the Genocide Route that he had already gone through every possibility. He's won every game, lost every game.. Read every book, burned every book. Appeased everyone... Killed everyone.
But Chara is different. Flowey could never predict THEM.
There's no reason to keep resetting if you already know what's going to happen. And we know for a fact that Flowey called upon Chara.
But have you ever wondered... why?
He wasn't doing this when he was experimenting everything. But now, having seen everything.. He calls upon Chara. He wants something that he can't predict. They're the only thing left to call upon.
...So they would have waited, and called upon Chara, again and again.. Until finally.. They awaken. ..Or a human falls down, something that was not predicted. There's that too. Which is what actually happened.
I think that Flowey accidentally created Frisk. We know determination can do crazy things and Flowey isn't a normal flower so, maybe his desire to see his friend again willed Frisk into existence.
We already know the properties of determination. It's the will to keep living, the resolve to change fate. It allows one to persist when they would normally be dead.
It doesn't will people into existence. It's your desire to stay alive.. Which manifests into actually KEEPING you alive.
However we have seen a creature be able to split off a piece of themselves and feel where the piece went. Namely, the snowman. So it may be possible that Flowey did the same thing, split off a piece of himself. We know the other flowers still haveAsriel's essence, as Undyne says about the flowers: "I swear, it's like theyhave a mind of their own."
That would make Frisk a clone of FLOWEY, not Chara.
Also Frisk wouldn't have a SOUL.
