CCM Jetspeed FT5 Pro Hockey Stick

Introducing the 2022 CCM Jetspeed FT5 Hockey Sticks - Pure Hockey (2)

The new CCM Jetspeed FT5 Pro hockey stick is designed for the speed of today’s game, with new features to make for a more durable stick with a better feel. CCM takes the mid-kick stick to a new level with a hybrid flex profile that allows you to score from everywhere.

The Jetspeed FT5 Pro features CCM’s Skeleton+ technology, previously used in the FT4 Pro. This manufacturing technology allows for a lighter, more consistent build in the taper area, improving the stick’s reliability in key moments of the game.

The FT5 Pro also features CCM’s optimized RR-90 blade, with a dampened core and an all-new Sigma STP carbon weave to improve the blade’s strength and durability. The RR-90 provides the right mix of balance and pop for a heightened puck feel while stickhandling, passing, and shooting.

The Jetspeed shaft uses CCM’s R-geometry, which offers a streamlined shape with rounded corners and concave sides to create a secure and comfortable feel. The shaft also includes CCM’s Nanolite Carbon Layering, an advanced molding design that eliminates excess resin and voids. This construction improves the shaft’s quality, consistency, and durability while reducing the overall weight of the stick.

The FT5 Pro also uses Sigma STP carbon spread tow in the shaft. This high-performance fabric is made with an innovative weaving process, offering improved strength and resilience compared to the previous generation of Jetspeed sticks.

The Jetspeed FT5 Pro is a versatile hockey stick, designed to enhance shooting, passing, and stickhandling. While this model is built for the player who skates at least four or five times per week and needs top-of-the-line features to compete at a high level, any player, regardless of skill set or frequency of play, will appreciate the performance benefits the FT5 Pro provides.

Introducing the 2022 CCM Jetspeed FT5 Hockey Sticks - Pure Hockey (3)

This year’s CCM Jetspeed FT5 hockey stick includes some of the top-end features from the FT5 Pro at a lower price point, giving players a high-performing option at a great value.

The Jetspeed FT5 also features CCM’s Skeleton+ technology in the taper area, creating a lighter and better feeling stick due to more consistent manufacturing. Like the Jetspeed FT5 Pro, the FT5 stick features CCM’s Hybrid Flex profile to enhance the mid-kick point construction. The FT5 model also includes the Jetspeed shaft with R-geometry, which offers rounded corners, concave sides, and a streamlined shape from top to bottom for an ultra-comfortable and secure feel.

The FT5’s materials and blade construction aren’t as advanced as the FT5 Pro’s, but this stick still provides considerable benefits. The JF-90 blade features a dampened core for an enhanced puck feel and their Sigmatex spread tow weave throughout the blade and shaft for excellent performance, strength, and durability.

While this model is built for performance to elite-level players who skate at least three or four times per week, the Jetspeed FT5 is another high-level option that any player at any level can appreciate.
