Jimmy Sanguinetti is an old fling of Bunny Fletcher who was led to believe to be Erin's birth father. He was an ex-convict who served time in Leavenworth and was able to get his life on track prior to his release. During his time in lockup, Bunny sent him polaroids of Erin as a child and he kept a photo album of them. He then made his way to Chicago to meet the woman he thought to be his daughter. During that time, Detective Jay Halstead was able to collect some DNA and revealed to Erin that Jimmy wasn't her father. When Erin broke the news, Jimmy was not only distraught, but had it in his head that Erin and Bunny were running a con game with him. He then threatened to contact the Feds should Erin and Bunny ever attempt to contact him again as he tossed down the album and left.
