Changes or cancelations
Can I change my ticket once I’ve purchased it?
There are no change fees for guests who purchased tickets for Main Cabin or Main Cabin preferred seats. Please note that a fare difference may apply if the rescheduled flight exceeds the value of the original ticket price.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my trip?
Tickets may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund with no fees for any bookings made at least seven days in advance of the flight’s scheduled departure time. Requests for refunds must be made through Hawaiian Airlines Reservations.

If I am a Pualani Elite or Premier Club member, how can I book Main Cabin preferred seats free of charge?
When booking on HawaiianAirlines.com, please be sure to log into your HawaiianMiles account to see the fee waived. Otherwise, enter your HawaiianMiles number on the reservation booking. If a Pualani Elite member or Premier Club member is on the reservation (verified by their HawaiianMiles number), the member and their companions may select Main Cabin preferred seats free of additional charge.
Is there a limit to complimentary Main Cabin preferred seats on one reservation?
Yes, complimentary Main Cabin preferred seats are limited to seven guests per reservation. For example, if there are two Pualani Elite or Premier Club members on the same reservation, only be five companions can receive complimentary Main Cabin preferred seats.
