What to do when Samsung is stuck on charging screen? ›

The Samsung's display is stuck on charging, even though the charger and charging port are both in good working condition. You should unplug the phone and allow the battery to run down to zero before turning off the device manually. Depending on how much juice is still in the battery, this might take hours to minutes.
