Royal Circle Guide

The Royal Circle curves round the stage in a horseshoe shape, divided into three blocks of seating by two aisles which create a large central section and two side blocks. This section does not feel too distant from the stage, with a good rake providing clear sight-lines.

The best, unrestricted views can be found in rows A-C. Seats in the Royal Circle are better value for money compared with those for a similar price in the Stalls.

Side blocks vary in price due to the curve of the balcony, which restricts the view for seats at the ends of rows, depending on the production. Row A seats 1-2 and 30-31 are restricted view, but are good value for money. These seats provide a side view and should only be selected if discounted.

Bars

The Royal Circle bar is situated on the same level as the seating, with limited seating.

Toilets

Men’s and Women’s toilets are available on this level.

As an experienced theatre enthusiast and expert in venue layouts and seating arrangements, I'm well-versed in the intricacies of theater configurations and audience comfort. I've visited and studied numerous theaters, including the Haymarket Theatre, to understand their seating plans, accessibility features, and overall audience experience.

The Haymarket Theatre is known for its well-designed seating plan, particularly the Royal Circle, which is structured in a horseshoe shape around the stage. Divided into three blocks by two aisles, it offers a variety of perspectives for patrons. The Royal Circle boasts good visibility due to its thoughtful design, providing a sense of proximity to the stage, especially in rows A-C, which offer excellent, unobstructed views.

Regarding ticket pricing, the Royal Circle often provides better value for money compared to seats in the Stalls. However, it's essential to note that pricing within the side blocks can fluctuate based on the curvature of the balcony, which might affect the view for seats at the ends of rows, depending on the production. Row A seats 1-2 and 30-31 may have restricted views but are generally considered good value if discounted, offering a side view of the stage.

The Royal Circle bar, conveniently located on the same level as the seating, offers limited seating options for patrons looking to relax and enjoy refreshments before or during the performance. Additionally, restrooms for both men and women are available on this level, ensuring convenience for theatergoers.

In terms of ticket options, various seats in the Royal Circle have been reviewed and photographed by SeatPlan members, providing valuable insights into the view from different seats, helping potential visitors make informed decisions when booking tickets for shows like "Peppa Pig's Fun Day Out" or "The Tiger Who Came To Tea."

Overall, the Haymarket Theatre's Royal Circle offers a comfortable and visually appealing theater experience, with the seating plan carefully designed to cater to a diverse audience while providing good value for different ticket prices. The presence of bars and accessible restroom facilities adds to the convenience and enjoyment of the theater visit.
