Innovative and Reputable Fintech Company would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related fields. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of executive leadership experience, including 5 years in senior management roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth, leading organizational change, and achieving strategic objectives.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build consensus, and foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture focused on achieving results and delivering value.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop and execute effective business strategies to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Solid financial acumen and business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data, interpret key performance indicators (KPIs), and make informed decisions to drive financial performance and shareholder value.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively, and effectively communicate with diverse audiences, including investors, employees, customers, and partners.

Position 2: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Skills and Qualifications:

  • MSc/BSc in computer science, Software Engineering or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in a senior IT leadership role.
  • Proven track record in implementing and managing technology solutions in the financial technology sector.
  • Strong technical background and expertise in software development, ERP, and IT infrastructure, with knowledge of relevant programming languages, platforms, and technologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster innovation, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to envision and execute technology strategies that drive business growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, develop actionable insights, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Creative thinking and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop compelling marketing messages, campaigns, and content that resonate with target audiences.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising, with hands-on experience in campaign execution and optimization.
