What does Raiden want for stats? I thought mine was good, but I just looked at some of her artifacts and they kinda stunk.
Had like 270% energy recharge, 63% crit rate, 76% crit damage and her attack was around 1580.
Now her attack is 1480 or so, crit rate is 67%, crit damage is 108% and energy recharge 260%.
So sacrificed some attack, but gained a tiny bit of crit rate and a decent amount of crit damage.
Am I way off and she wants like 60/200? I forget if her energy recharge causes increased damage (i have her weapon)
I think I just made her better, but if she still stinks I wonder how cracked she will be with more artifact hunting....

A half assed Raiden will perform accordingly.Since you have engulfing lightning, you should aim for 250% ER, 1800 ATK and 60/120 crit. Severed Fate is a must.
Mines at 2800 ATK, 250% ER, 70/150 crit and hits for around 250k or so with Sara/Benny/Kazuha. Around 170k w/o Sara.
Wow that's crazy. I already thought my Raiden was doing so much damage.....the skies the limit I guess.....
